7 weeks today!

Crazy how fast time flies.

I scheduled my first OB appointment at Tripler for 11AM tomorrow. It's insane how much paperwork they have me filling out but I guess that's how it goes. Supposedly tomorrow is just patient registration where they will talk to me about being pregnant. They will ask me if have been using illicit drugs and if my home is "safe" for me. I asked the man making the appointment if they will be taking my blood and he informed me that it will not happen tomorrow, it will happen at the next appointment. :( Mental note: Schedule next appointment when Troy can be there!

I feel pretty normal, although my pants already do not fit comfortably. That sucks. I am eating regularly but haven't been as hungry as usual, maybe that's because I can't find anything I like to eat besides fruit. I could eat pineapple, strawberries, and cantaloupe all the time. Yesterday I had one bite of Kalbi, Hawaiian Short Ribs, and I was disgusted. That used to be my favorite thing to eat. I gave it to Troy and just at the rice. I am always sleepy but not too nauseous, for that I am grateful.

Today we went shopping to buy me a new GPS since Troy took TomTom for his truck and I have no idea where I am going tomorrow. After we made our purchase in the electronics, we started to leave the store. I stopped for a second to look at some sunglasses and when I turned around Troy was gone. You can imagine the warm feeling in my heart when I found him in the baby section looking at strollers, car seats, and cribs :)

Trust me when I say that it is very hard to keep this secret to just ourselves. We are going crazy.
